The Craftsman’s Certified Relacer Training Course is designed for glove craftsmen who want to learn the techniques, processes, and standards needed to professionally clean, condition, and relace baseball and softball gloves and mitts.

Led by The Craftsman himself, this self-paced course walks you through the relacing process step-by-step, with practical instruction built around the same methods used in professional glove service work.

Whether you want to improve your own craftsmanship, begin offering relacing services, or work toward becoming a Craftsman’s Certified Relacer (CCR), this course provides the foundation.

  Learn how to properly clean glove leather and prepare a glove or mitt for service.

  Learn how to condition leather correctly to maintain its flexibility, integrity, and longevity.

Want to Become Craftsman’s Certified?

Completion of this course does not automatically grant Craftsman’s Certified Relacer status.

After completing the CCR Training Course, students may separately apply for the CCR Certification Assessment.

Certification requires demonstrating the skills taught in the program through written and hands-on evaluation.

• Official CCR certification certificate
• Authorized Craftsman’s Certified Relacer seal/badge
