From the Workshop to the Baseball Community

The Craftsman's Works was built on a passion for baseball, leather craftsmanship, and preserving the stories behind the game.

What began with restoring baseball gloves has opened doors to connect with players, collectors, historians, and fellow baseball enthusiasts.

From interviews and conversations about the craft to appearances at baseball events, these opportunities have allowed us to share our work and celebrate the traditions that make baseball special.

Explore some of the places The Craftsman's Works has been featured, the events we've participated in, and the stories we've had the privilege of sharing.

FEATURED IN WASHED WEEKLY

May 2026

In the May 1, 2026 edition of Washed Weekly, Dillon Cheverere of Washed Media featured The Craftsman's Works in his column, highlighting our baseball glove restoration videos and the craftsmanship behind bringing old leather back to life.

After discovering our work on Instagram, Cheverere shared how watching vintage gloves being restored inspired him to revisit his own high school baseball glove, which had been sitting on a shelf for years.

It's a reminder of why we do what we do. Baseball gloves hold memories, and sometimes seeing an old glove brought back to life is all it takes to reconnect someone with their own baseball story.

GRAVEYARD GREATS FEATURED IN HAYES HUDSON'S HOUSE OF HORROR

October 2026

The Craftsman's Works' Graveyard Greats baseball card collection was featured on Hayes Hudson's House of Horror, a blog dedicated to horror movies, collectibles, and everything that goes bump in the night.

The review celebrated the collection's unique combination of vintage baseball card design and classic horror movie monsters, highlighting the nostalgic artwork, fictional player statistics, and accompanying decals.

It's always exciting to see our love of baseball history and vintage design connect with collectors outside the baseball world. Graveyard Greats brings two timeless traditions together: America's pastime and classic monster movies.
